Overview Title: Executive / Administration Assistant - W2 only Location: Rocky Hill, CT (Onsite) We are actively seeking an experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant to join our office located in Rocky Hill. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who excels in providing comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership. The candidate must be local to Connecticut within a 30-mile radius of Rocky Hill, CT. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives. Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments as needed. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with various departments. Qualifications Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, supporting senior management. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Associate Degree is required.
