Executive Administrative Assistant – Corning Incorporated Requisition Number: 71992 Join Corning, a world‑leading innovator in glass, ceramic, and materials science, in shaping the future across industries from healthcare to consumer electronics. Role Purpose Provide executive administrative support to the Vice‑President of Litigation. Key Responsibilities Handles confidential and critical items daily. Point of contact for outside companies at the executive leadership level. Communicates with internal and external executive leadership on sensitive matters. Manages corporate officer during business hours and when required after hours. Interfaces directly with Senior Leadership Team, Corporate Officers, Board of Directors (occasionally), and their executive assistants. Manages all aspects of calendar, phone, and travel for business and occasional personal needs. Coordinated off‑site executive meetings, events, recognition activities, and team‑building opportunities. Processes expense reports using Concur. Proactively gathers and prepares information for internal and external meetings and high‑level corporate discussions. Manages complex travel arrangements (domestic and international), including travel documents and corporate aircraft requests. Maintains office supplies. Experiences/Education – Required 5+ years of experience in Administrative Assistant roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all corporate levels. Highly motivated, self‑starter, detail‑oriented, with strong crisis management and problem‑solving skills. Professional discretion, integrity, and confidentiality at all times. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment. Strong computer and technology skills; familiarity with company policies and Corning’s business operations. Professional demeanor, reliability, and accessibility. Experiences/Education – Desired Associate’s degree. Prior experience supporting a Litigation team or working in a legal environment. Travel Occasional domestic and international travel. Compensation $65,978.00 – $90,721.00 (full‑time, variable based on location and experience).
