Executive Administrative Assistant
Provide executive administrative support to VP, Litigation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling details of highly confidential and critical items on a daily basis
- Point of contact for outside companies at the executive leadership level
- Making contact with internal and external executive leadership on sensitive matters
- Management of corporate officer during business hours and after hours when required
- Interface directly with Senior Leadership Team, Corporate Officers, and Board of Directors
- Managing all aspects of calendar, phone, and travel for business and occasionally personal needs
- Offsite executive meetings, recognition, team building
- Managing and processing expense reports using Concur
- Proactively directing, collecting, and preparing information for use in discussions/meetings
- Managing complex travel arrangements and managing all travel documents
- Managing and maintaining supplies for the office
Experiences/Education - Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Administrative Assistant roles
- Communication expert: ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all levels of the corporation
- Strategic specialist: highly motivated, self-starter, detail oriented and anticipates corporate officer's needs
- Innovative leader: well networked within Corning, leads by example, looks for new ideas and bases decisions on the business needs
- Skilled manager: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, flexible, works efficiently and effectively in a dynamic high-pressure and fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Technology leader: stays current on trends and is willing to adapt to new technology and processes
- Professionalism: presence, maturity, appearance, and strategic mindset are critical to success in this position
Experiences/Education - Desired:
- Associates degree desired
- Prior experience supporting a Litigation team or working in a legal environment
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel

The range for this position is $65,978.00 - $90,721.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
