Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Associate to lead recruiting efforts in support of government contracting programs. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage multiple requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver high‑quality talent in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of recruiting experience, with strong preference for those who have supported federal government contracts and understand clearance requirements, labor categories, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including cleared, technical, and corporate positions Support the growth of the company by engaging critical stakeholders in requirements gathering, recruiting, and business development/client solutions across departments Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, and timelines Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, and make decisions under pressure Elicit requirements from hiring managers to determine job duties Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and contract needs Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Coordinate interview logistics and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Support offer development, negotiation, and onboarding in coordination with HR and leadership Track and report recruiting metrics and pipeline status Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, at least one year in a government contracting environment Experience supporting federal contracts with cleared positions (up to TS/SCI with polygraph strongly preferred) Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities effectively Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and strong follow‑through Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree or 5 additional years’ relevant experience Must be able to obtain and maintain a government‑issued security clearance Desired Qualifications Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or defense‑related roles Secret clearance or higher Experience using Greenhouse ATS Experience sourcing for Federal Government Contract Proposals Direct experience recruiting in the Intelligence Community Equal Employment Opportunity As set forth in Core One’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
