This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported federal government contracts and understand clearance requirements, labor categories, and compliance standards./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliManage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including cleared, technical, and corporate positions/liliSupport the growth of the company through engaging critical stakeholders in the requirements gathering, recruiting, and business development/client solutions elements across departments/liliPartner with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, and timelines/liliDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach/liliDemonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, and make decisions under pressure/liliElicit requirements from hiring managers to determine job duties/liliScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and contract needs/liliMaintain accurate and compliant documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)/liliCoordinate interview logistics and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process/liliSupport offer development, negotiation, and onboarding in coordination with HR and leadership/liliTrack and report recruiting metrics and pipeline status/li/ulpstrongRequired Qualifications/strong/pulliMinimum of three years of recruiting experience, at least one year in a government contracting environment/liliExperience supporting federal contracts with cleared positions (up to TS/SCI w/polygraph strongly preferred)/liliStrong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills/liliAbility to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities effectively/liliExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills/liliHigh attention to detail and strong follow-through/liliProficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite/liliBachelors degree or 5 additional years relevant experience/liliMust be able to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance/li/ulpstrongDesired Qualifications/strong/pulliExperience recruiting for technical, engineering, or defense-related roles/liliSecret clearance or higher/liliExperience using Greenhouse ATS/liliExperience sourcing for Federal Government Contract Proposals/liliDirect experience recruiting in the Intelligence Community/li/ul/div
