Ash Creek Animal Hospital & Spa in Blackrock, CT is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Medical Director
to lead veterinary care at our state‑of‑the‑art clinic. As a leader on a collaborative, family‑like team, you will reimagine the veterinary experience in the community and deliver the highest quality care to pet patients.
What You’ll Do
Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries of dogs and cats, including surgical and medical care.
Collaborate with referring veterinarians and communicate within the veterinary ecosystem.
Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to stay current in the field.
Lead and supervise the clinic team, working with the Hospital Manager on finances.
Work with the Regional Operations Manager and Hospital Manager to maintain high standards and provide superior pet patient care.
Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients in wellness care.
Perform dental procedures.
Contribute to a positive workplace for staff, clients, and pets.
Benefits
Competitive base salary $150,000‑$175,000 plus production bonuses.
Incentive or relocation bonus up to $200,000.
