Role We’re seeking an
Entry-Level / New Grade
Software Developer (2+ years experience) to help build and scale low‑latency backend systems for our decentralized trading platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product, and design in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize high‑performance trading systems
Develop scalable, fault‑tolerant distributed systems
Optimize databases and data pipelines for high‑volume workloads
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ship features and fixes
Write clean, secure, and performant code
Debug and resolve production issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (transcript required)
2+ years of professional backend software development experience
Familiarity with databases, distributed systems, networking, and OS fundamentals
Proficiency in Golang or Rust
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Preferred Passionate about DeFi, crypto, or financial/trading systems
