The practice was founded in 1955, and Dr. Beard has been with the practice since 1987. They are the only ophthalmology practice serving Kings County, located in the south-central San Joaquin Valley.
The KEC team specializes in comprehensive eye exams, diabetic and glaucoma management, cataract surgery, and glasses and contacts sold in their optical shop.
Located approximately 2 hours north of San Luis Obispo, KEC becomes our 11th practice in the state of California.
