Director of Nursing – Hospice Services
Full Time | Monday–Friday | St. Louis Region
Pay Range: $80,000–$110,000

What You’ll Do
Lead, coordinate, and oversee all hospice patient services
Support, supervise, and develop clinical staff
Conduct chart audits and ensure compliance
Identify and evaluate patient needs
Maintain accurate clinical records
Assist in onboarding and training new staff
Provide in-home visits when needed
Manage medical supplies and uphold regulatory standards
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Missouri RN license
Minimum 2 years of hospice experience
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Knowledge of business management, government regulations, and CHAP standards
Ability to engage with clients and the community
Confidence, positivity, professionalism, and a heart for service
