What You’ll Do as a DON As Director of Nursing, you will be the
clinical leader and culture driver
for your center.
Lead and mentor nursing teams with confidence and compassion
Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Partner closely with the Administrator and Regional Clinical leadership
Own clinical systems: assessments, care planning, documentation, and audits
Support staff development, accountability, and retention
Ensure resident-centered care is delivered with excellence and dignity
Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for
leaders , not just managers.
Qualifications:
Active RN license (state-specific as required)
Prior DON or strong ADON experience in Skilled Nursing
Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and quality measures
Strong leadership presence—calm, decisive, supportive
A passion for coaching, systems, and continuous improvement
