Report to Prime Time Solutions, a marketing firm conducting specialized field operations. We are activating a Customer Engagement position within our Verizon FiOS unit in Worcester. The Customer Engagement Associates mission profile includes hands-on support for infrastructure projects, requiring self discipline, attention to detail, and unit cohesion. As a Customer Engagement Associate, you are the tactical backbone of our Worcester deployment mission. Your primary objective: execute rapid setup and breakdown of community outreach installations with military precision. The Customer Engagement Associate coordinates resident communications regarding Verizon's fiber-optic network upgrades, maintains strict operational timelines, and ensures all field equipment remains mission-ready.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Associate Set up and break down Verizon FiOS stations, ensuring branded materials, demo equipment, and promotional assets are organized and ready for daily engagement. Promote FiOS fiber‑optic internet and TV to Worcester residents, generating interest in high‑speed connectivity and collecting accurate contact details for follow‑up. Navigate neighborhoods to identify high‑potential areas for residential upgrades, coordinating outreach activities that highlight FiOS reliability and speed. Represent Verizon at community events and local festivals with energy and professionalism, building excitement around FiOS internet and TV solutions. Support sales teams by gathering documentation accurately, updating customer details in Verizon’s sales platforms, and maintaining compliance standards. Collaborate with fellow Customer Engagement Associates to achieve daily engagement targets, contributing a proactive, “can‑do” attitude that strengthens overall campaign success.
