Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our MGS Manufacturing team in Richfield, WI (~30 minutes from Milwaukee, Waukesha, or West Bend area).

Position Snapshot
Show dedication to safety and quality protocols.
Own the process for assigned machines to ensure consistent performance, adherence to quality standards, and timely production output.
Focus on maximizing machine uptime and output efficiency to ensure peak operational performance.
Complete quality inspection based on the specification of the job, identifying any defects timely, ensuring all product meets customer expectations.
Monitor and manage scrap levels for assigned machines to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize material waste.
Opportunities available on a 12-hour day or night shift schedule (6:45 to 7:00).
Shift Schedule
2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, working 3 days one week (36 hours) and 4 days the next (48 hours).
Allows for days off during the week and 8 hours of OT every other week.
Approximately 75 less work days with a 12-hour shift schedule.
3 day weekend every other week.
Required Experience
High school diploma or GED is required. Completion or enrollment of an accredited two-year technical college program, or a four-year university program, in a related field of study is preferred.
Manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining machinery, with full responsibility for output quality, efficiency, and adherence to production goals.
Understanding of molding defects is a plus.
Ability to read and understand production reports.
Experience with an ERP system.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Demonstrates commitment and reliability through sustained tenure at past organizations.
Strong sense of responsibility and proven track record of arriving on time and completing tasks reliably.
Ability to be flexible to work in multiple areas or perform a variety of tasks as needed.
Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and the use of wrist and hands.
Required to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards.
