We are a customer‑first, service‑driven team that believes in building real relationships—not just selling policies. Our mission is to take the stress out of insurance and create a better, more human experience for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with customer (in‑person, phone, and email) to understand their needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
Sell and service a range of personal and commercial insurance products
Be a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson—educating clients on coverage, options, and benefits
Process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy and speed
Track and follow up on leads, claims, and customer inquiries
Maintain detailed records and documentation (yes, the small stuff matters!)
QUALIFICATIONS
High attention to detail
Strong sales instincts— but also a heart for service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative spirit
Active Insurance license (Property & Casualty license strongly preferred, Life & Health a plus)
Ready to bring energy, heart, and precision to an insurance career that actually feels good? Let's talk! Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
