The role involves leading end-to-end campaign management, marketing automation strategy, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You’ll handle requirements, architecture, customer data mapping, solution design, development, and deployment across multichannel marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis and provide marketing insights for existing and new programs.

Work as a key liaison during technology implementations, guiding direction and ensuring smooth delivery.

Handle requirements gathering, campaign design, customer data mapping, solution design, development, and deployment.

Contribute to developing marketing capabilities within LTIMindtree.

Deep understanding of multichannel marketing programs and ROI measurement.

Evaluate and align with digital marketing trends such as mobile integration, data management, online/offline channel integration.

Support pre-sales and sales activities related to marketing automation.

Lead large teams for marketing technology or services projects.

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience in campaign management and customer data management.

Strong conceptual understanding of marketing promotions processes and supporting capabilities.

Experience with at least two full lifecycle campaign management or MRM projects (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, other digital marketing tools).

Knowledge of digital channels, Next Best Action, event-based triggers, and real-time marketing.

Understanding of Marketing Cloud data architecture, SAP, IP warming, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.

Strong experience with Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and 3rd-party integrations.

Expertise in send management, segmentation, reporting, microsite integration, AB testing, AMPscript, cloud pages, HTML, CSS, dynamic content, and Agile/Scrum.

Ability to gather requirements independently and deliver optimal solutions.

Good‑to‑Have Skills

Experience building technical proposals for architecture, licensing, scalability, and configuration.

Experience with custom or packaged campaign management products.

Front-end development (HTML, CSS).

Strong SQL and customer data management knowledge.

Admin/installation experience on any marketing technology.

Exposure to personalization tools (AEM, Autonomy), SEM, SEO, DMP, and ad exchanges.

Experience with 2nd/3rd-party data integration.

Understanding of cloud-based marketing and CRM ecosystems.
