What You’ll Do As a Service Coordinator, you will manage the daily flow of work in the shop service department. Key duties include assigning shop repairs, creating and following up on repair quotes, invoicing shop repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email. You will also support the Shop Lead in coordinating customer and internal repairs.
What You Need
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Ability to thrive in a team.
Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling market are preferred.
Compensation $26-32/hr (Depending on Experience)
