Registered Behavior Technician needed! In-home Services, Afterschool 3-7pm.

We are seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians, both entry‑level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care. Collaborate with families to execute ABA-based behavior intervention plans.

Compensation & Availability
Competitive Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 hourly, based on experience, education, and certifications.
Permanent position requiring a 6‑7 month availability commitment.
Part‑Time: 10‑15 hours per week. Sessions are held afterschool between 3 and 7pm (3 hours/day).

Position Duties
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
Observe, record, and report on client progress, condition, and behavior daily.
Manage challenging behaviors.
Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
Assist clients to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents, analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients.
Act as an active member of the treatment team.
Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes accurately and timely through the online database.
Participate in continuous training programs.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Follow BE policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Passion for children: Genuine love for working with children.
Positive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience: Prior experience with children is advantageous.
Continuous Learning: Interest in ongoing development.
Transportation: Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with name listed.
Devices: Must have a tablet or laptop computer to use during sessions.
Background: Must pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
