We are seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians, both entry‑level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self‑care. Join us in collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans.
Compensation and Work Hours
Competitive Compensation: Earn $20.00 - $23.00 hourly, based on experience
Active RBTs earn $24.00 - $26.00 hourly
Part‑Time: 12 – 20 hours per week, weekdays only

Position Duties
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board‑Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
Observe, record, and report client progress and behavior daily.
Manage challenging behaviors.
Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
Assist clients to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills.
Communicate professionally with parents, behavior analysts, trainers, and clients.
Function as an active member of the treatment team.
Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes accurately and timely.
Participate in continuous training programs.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Follow BE policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Passion for children.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with children advantageous.
Interest in ongoing development.
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
Must have a Tablet or Laptop computer for use during sessions (not just a smartphone).
Must pass a satisfactory criminal background check.
Physical Requirements This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
