What You Will Do in the Role
Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, explain why they’re visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer, and set the stage for an unforgettable time. Actively recommend food, beverage and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance the overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks and maintaining a welcoming space—ensuring Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun‑filled experience.
Be readily available with a strong T‑line presence, work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.
Commit to safety and sanitation: Provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe.

Physical Requirements
Lift and move items up to 50 lb. – be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying.
Be on your feet most of the day, love to walk throughout the shift.
Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities; a can‑do attitude is essential.
Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume working environment.
This role requires that you must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Service Support – Job Responsibilities
Greet every Player you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner.
Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Players in whatever way is needed.
Protect our Players and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service.
Ensure Player safety while they play the game.
Ensure food items are delivered quickly so hot food remains hot, cold food and drinks remain cold, and all offerings arrive to the bay fresh and appetizing.
Ensure beverages are delivered quickly so they remain cold and fresh.
Serve Players while observing our service standards and ensure they have everything they need.
Keep common areas and beverage stations clean, organized, sanitized and well‑stocked.
Arrange table settings and fold napkins according to restaurant standard.
Clear, clean and sanitize bays and tables.
Bus dishes, utensils, food service vessels and other containers and return them to the appropriate dishwashing area in the kitchen.
Maintain beverage station inventory to designated par levels.
Prepare mixed non‑alcoholic beverages according to brand recipe standards.
May be asked to rotate between beverage station or move throughout the venue to support the team on the tee line.
Engage with Players and keep them well cared for.
Always maintain a keen eye for cleanliness to keep the venue looking polished.
Keep smiling, make eye contact and maintain positive body language.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bay Host – Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.
Bay Host – Skills & Experience Requirements
Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Bartender – Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
Bartender – Skills & Experience Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate a point‑of‑sale system.
Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Certification in responsible beverage service where required by law.
Golf Services Associate – Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations.
Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
Help with golf clubs and equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the venue.
Offer retail items to guests and keep the retail area stocked and organized.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
Golf Services Associate – Skills & Experience Requirements
