What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bay Host
Positive attitude

Prior experience serving food & beverages (alcoholic and non‑alcoholic)
What You Will Do in the Role
Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm; recommend food, beverages, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance experience and drive sales.
Maintain Bay areas clean, organized, and stocked; clear tables, refill drinks, and keep a welcoming space.
Collaborate with fellow Playmakers for a seamless Player experience – from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.
Enforce safety and sanitation standards to keep the bay clean and safe.

Physical Requirements
Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
On your feet most of the day; love walking throughout the shift.
Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.
This role requires that you must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Position Pay Ranges Barback: $14.50 (Tip Eligible)
Bartender: $15.00 (Tip Eligible)
Bay Host: $11.41 (Tip Eligible)
Service Support: $14.00 (Tip Eligible)
Golf Services: $14.00 – $17.00
