We’re seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fund administration team in delivering top‑notch services to our domestic and offshore hedge fund and private equity fund clients. As a Fund Administration Leader, you will oversee a team of professionals responsible for providing critical support to our clients, including investor onboarding, anti‑money laundering and due diligence checks, reporting, and investor communications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals in providing fund administration services, including processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, and performing anti‑money laundering and due diligence checks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project schedules, develop solutions to issues, and drive business growth.
Establish procedures, recommend changes to policies, and exercise wide latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives.
Advise staff, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure department results meet expectations.
About You
You have a strong background in fund administration, with a minimum of 4 years of related experience and a Master's degree, or 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience and a high school degree.
You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
You have a deep understanding of anti‑money laundering and due diligence regulations, as well as experience with investor reporting and communications.
You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive business growth.
