The role involves developing strategies to maximize investment performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing investor relationships with accurate performance reporting based on GAAP. The director will work closely with internal teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and uphold high standards of due diligence and risk management. Leadership and team development will be key components of the role, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.#### **Skills & Experience*** Extensive experience and knowledge in fund accounting, specifically within private equity.* Proven ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in a financial setting.* Strong understanding of private equity waterfalls, including the ability to model and analyze waterfall structures and their impact on distribution models and fund performance.* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team toward achieving strategic goals.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and engaging with stakeholders.* Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make decisions under pressure.* High level of integrity, accountability, and a persistent drive for excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
