Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Concrete Estimator. The Concrete Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with the project team to ensure project requirements are met. Additional responsibilities include sourcing and managing vendor pricing, maintaining cost databases, and reviewing bids for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Strong abilities in construction estimation, project budgeting, and cost analysis
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
Experience with software for cost estimation and project management
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients, vendors, and team members
Knowledge of concrete construction processes and industry best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in commercial and public sector construction projects is a plus
