Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with the daily coordination of active job sites.
Help create and manage project documentation including work packets, schedules, and material orders.
Perform on-site visits to ensure job quality and assist with field crew support.
Track project progress and update internal systems with schedule changes, delays, or issues.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and field personnel regarding project updates.
Help manage project documentation including close-out packages, test results, and as-builts.
Participate in safety audits and help maintain compliance on job sites.
Maintain tools, documentation, and other materials required for project execution.
Support job estimating, procurement, and change orders as needed.
Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in construction, low voltage, or project coordination preferred.
Strong desire to grow into a Project Manager role.
Familiarity with structured cabling or electrical systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to read construction drawings or willingness to learn.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on active construction sites.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
A background check and drug screening will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
