Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of HVAC control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for control systems and automation projects. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to gather required inputs. Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop competitive bids. Continuously refine estimating processes and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Manage the selection, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects. Secure pricing and availability from outside vendors and suppliers, mechanical and electrical subcontractors including scope, terms and conditions. Provide jobsite coordination for panel and field device physical locations. Complete project billings in a timely and accurate format to the client. Maintain profitability goals and positive cash flow through best business practices and continuous improvement metrics. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related experience. 5 years of prior technical or project management experience is desired. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Benefits
