Senior Team Manager – Anti-Money Laundering (Client Refresh)
Location: Belfast, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Refresh analysts to complete AML client refresh following Anti‑Money Laundering, Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence procedures.
Ensure AML KYC/CDD is completed in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Manage a complex portfolio of KYC/CDD reviews.
Oversee the conduct of KYC/CDD checks on clients in standard Refresh cycles or outside cycles due to changes in client or jurisdictional requirements.
Coordinate with sales/client outreach teams to obtain and validate correct documentation for refresh requirements.
Perform client refresh/remediation through review of documentation, vendor databases and proprietary systems.
Allocate work across the wider group and support projects and initiatives that impact the group.
Participate in internal/external audits and quality checks.
Co‑achieve team efficiency through regular meetings, 1:1s, performance reviews and coaching individuals.
Champion diversity and promote a culture of mutual respect.
Provide timely escalations to meet timelines and quality targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations and production teams.
Experience in Anti‑Money Laundering, Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence or related compliance fields.
Process‑oriented production environment experience with period‑to‑period changes.
Strong prioritisation, multitasking and organisational skills.
Leadership experience in operational teams with a focus on talent development and coaching.
Contribute to an Operational Excellence culture and framework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
