We are hiring a
Staff Accountant
who will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial integrity and long‑term operational success. In this position, you will perform several key accounting processes—from reconciliations and general ledger support to month‑end close procedures and job costing evaluations. Your work will influence the reliability of financial reporting, support forecasting and analysis efforts, and ensure strong financial controls as the company continues to scale. General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred.
Experience with ERP or major accounting systems.
Manufacturing or project‑based accounting experience is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis.
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP fundamentals.
Responsibilities
Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Complete month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end financial close duties.
Assist with monthly budgeting.
Provide backup support for Accounts Payable tasks including invoice processing, AP report generation, and payment preparation as needed.
Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and accruals.
Review and validate transactions entered by team members for accuracy.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate coding, documentation, and financial data flow.
Perform job costing analysis and support project‑level financial inquiries.
Work within established systems and processes to ensure data integrity and consistent accounting practices.
Protect and maintain sensitive and confidential financial information.
