Responsibilities
Collaborate in managing benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional employee experience.
Handle all Leaves of Absence documentation and processing (STD, LTD, FMLA, PLA, etc.).
Create and maintain process documentation for all benefit-related workflows.
Contribute to the planning, research, and execution of new benefits-related projects.
Assist with open enrollment process, plan renewals, and related system updates.
Respond to benefits-related inquiries from global employees, delivering accurate and timely information.
Support the benefits aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
Manage employee benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes with accuracy in Workday and among third-party vendors.
Requirements
3+ years of benefits experience.
3+ years of experience specifically in processing Leaves of Absences (LOAs).
Experience working at a Financial, Technology, or Fintech firm.
Workday experience is a plus.
Global experience is a plus.
