Responsibilities
Ensures customers’ requests and questions are promptly resolved.
Establishes and maintains effective business relations with customers and trade professionals.
Stays informed regarding changes in lending standards and legal requirements.
Ensures personnel are well trained in all phases of their jobs.
Directly supervises branch personnel ensuring high quality work and operational efficiency.
Counsels customers regarding financial needs and requested services.
Ensures operations are conducted in accordance with established bank policies and legal requirements.
Supervises work scheduling and workflow of daily routine operations.
Serves as a backup to teller and new accounts positions as needed.
Compiles and reports all financial data in compliance with regulations.
Implements changes to branch policies and procedures.
Balances all branch transactions at day‑end.
Assists tellers in resolving cash balancing problems.
Markets and cross‑sells bank products and services.
Provides leadership through objective goal setting and communication.
Maintains a professional reputation for D.L. Evans Bank.
Keeps management informed of activity and concerns.
Attends meetings and committees as required.
Represents D.L. Evans Bank in the community.
