Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager role based in Los Angeles or Agoura Hills, CA. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including planning and scheduling, ensuring projects meet quality standards, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires monitoring daily project progress, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely execution of tasks to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
Expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing projects from inception to completion
Experience with Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting tasks to ensure project timelines are met
Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and compliance
Skills in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources, materials, and schedules
Strong organizational and problem‑solving capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) and prior experience in real estate or multi‑housing developments are advantageous
