We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager (ASM) to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed, supervising, training, and supporting team members to keep everything running smoothly.

Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care, building positive relationships with regular guests.

Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.

Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer‑service role.

Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Mobility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
