to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support daily operations, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, and supervise, train, and support team members.
Deliver great service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues with professionalism.
Manage the store by keeping it clean, organized, stocked, and safe, following company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
Drive efficiency by managing inventory, completing reports, and helping maintain high operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
