As part of the Global Media Team, you will drive media excellence at cosnova on a global level. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and key contact for Communication teams in our regional hubs. In this role, you’ll bring two worlds together:You’ll lead strong digital-first media campaigns in the DACH region (focusing on Social Media, Paid Media, and Retail Media) At the same time, you’ll support our regional hubs and subsidiaries in successfully implementing media standards, tools, and innovations

With your expertise in social and digital media, curiosity for new formats, and willingness to challenge conventions, you’ll strengthen our global media ecosystem through knowledge sharing, scalable frameworks, and data-based learnings. You’ll help embed AI, test-&-learn approaches, and modern media methods across markets.

Lead digital-first media strategies for the DACH region with a strong focus on social and paid media

Translate global frameworks into actionable activation plans that help markets grow.

Manage campaigns end-to-end—from briefing and setup to optimization and reporting with a data-driven mindset

Support regional hubs and subsidiaries through knowledge transfer, sparring, best practices, and collaborative media pilots

Champion test-&-learn leadership by identifying new platforms, formats, and tools and helping successfully roll them out internationally

Collaborate closely with Social, Influencer, PR, Brand, and e-Commerce teams to ensure consistent global campaigns

Guide partners—platforms, agencies, and retail media partners—with a focus on quality, innovation, and efficiency

Connect media KPIs with real business results through data-based performance optimization

You bring the skills. we give you the space.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

At least 3 years of experience in digital or paid media, ideally with a strong social-media focus and deep platform knowledge

Passion for digital channels and understanding of how content, community, and media work together

Strong grasp of customer journeys and cross-channel mechanics

Experience working with agencies and in international, cross-functional teams.

High data literacy—comfortable interpreting insights and making data-informed decisions

Interest or experience with AI tools for strategy, targeting, creative, optimization, or measurement

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to drive global impact

Excellent English skills; German is a plus
