Schedule Full-Time Daytime hours with occasional flexibility based on community needs

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our community running smoothly:
Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance
Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Maintain resident apartments and common areas
Handle painting, patching, and light construction projects
Keep grounds, walkways, and building areas safe and clean
Respond to maintenance requests with urgency and care
Who We’re Looking For Hands-on, dependable, and safety-minded
Maintenance, facilities, or apartment experience preferred
Comfortable using tools and learning new skills
Pride in quality work and attention to detail
Team-oriented with a service-first mindset
