Resident Assistant (RA) , you’ll bring smiles, comfort, and dignity to the seniors who call our community home. Pay Range:
$18.33 – $22.18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Why You’ll Love It Here

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Support residents during meals, snacks, and activities Respond quickly to resident call systems and emergencies Document and report changes in resident conditions to wellness staff Build meaningful connections with residents and families Help keep resident rooms and common areas safe, comfortable, and welcoming Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, or dining room service when needed What We’re Looking For
1+ year of assisted living experience (preferred) Ability to pass medication (certification a plus!) CPR & First Aid certification, or willing to obtain Experience with Memory Care residents (preferred) Must be at least 18 years old Most importantly: a
caring heart, positive attitude, and desire to make a difference
