$750 Sign‑On Bonus! Hourly pay: $23–$30 per hour. Responsibilities
Act as an onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case‑management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and providing education and training for client caregivers. Driver required: able to travel 30‑60 miles a day, oversupervise client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends. Benefits

Completed Master’s degree in a relevant field. BCBA in progress preferred. Strong ABA, program‑management, and clinical skills. Excellent written and spoken communication, time‑management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback as a team player. Bilingual skills valued.
