Overview
Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to optimize the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families. We are seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to lead clinical programs in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as onsite case supervisor and leader in the field.
Master daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs.
Supervise BIs and provide education and training for client caregivers.
Drive 30 to 60 miles a day and supervise client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Completed Master’s degree in a relevant field.
In progress with BCBA preferred.
Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team‑player attitude.
Bilingual skills valued.
