Responsibilities Provide high‑quality physical therapy services in a home health setting, including assessments, treatment plans, therapeutic interventions, and patient education. Coordinate with support staff and multidisciplinary team members to manage caseloads, scheduling, and drive time efficiently.
Requirements
Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
Active or pending state physical therapist license
Professional Development
Annual continued education allowance
