Job Functions
Assist in maintaining accurate records of baking operations.
Assist in managing needed supplies and inventory levels.
Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
Help conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
Ensure the high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are always maintained throughout the kitchen areas.
Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
TABC and Texas Food Handler Certification
Communication and organizational skills
Customer service skills
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Professional demeanor
Previous Banquet experience in a similar setting is required.
