Position Summary: We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner (AGNP or CNP) to join our mobile care team with a focus on wound care.
Whether you’re certified in wound care or want to be—we’ll pay for your training and certification.
Enjoy the freedom of working independently without the pressure of a traditional clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to and treat patients in assisted living and memory care settings
Evaluate wounds, manage chronic health conditions, and coordinate advanced care
Collaborate closely with community staff, physicians, and families
Document thoroughly and communicate proactively
Qualifications:
CNP license in the state of Minnesota
AGNP certification strongly preferred
Experience in geriatrics, wound care, or internal medicine
Must be comfortable working independently and traveling to patient sites
Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes: We proudly support veterans transitioning into clinical practice.
