The Role A Retail Stylist is a trusted advisor, creating a personalized shopping experience that embodies Mejuri’s commitment to redefining luxury. As a warm, engaging seller, you guide customers to pieces that resonate while driving sales, conversion, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead by example and maintain a high‑quality in‑store customer experience; communicate and train on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
Ensure positive customer experience and promote services such as piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
Achieve KPIs: OPH, SPH, and NPS (≥85%).
Order Fulfillment: support back‑of‑house sales flow for in‑store, phone, and BOPIS.
Storage & Organization: maintain BOH inventory integrity and packaging standards.
Systems & Technology: learn and use point‑of‑sale and other retail technology.
Shrink: mitigate internal, external and administrative loss of product.
Escalations: identify and raise opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership.
Merchandising: uphold Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality.
Fixtures & Maintenance: validate integrity of displays, graphics and decor; flag missing or damaged items.
People: build healthy relationships with the team and establish a positive work environment.
Employee Relations: adhere to policy compliance and workplace standards.
Qualifications
Authentic and warm communication style that connects with all customers.
Strong verbal skills, active listening, and teamwork focus.
Deep product knowledge to suggest and style for customers.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving to deliver on customer and business needs.
Exceed key performance indicators: SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT.
Attention to customer feedback, trends, and insight sharing with management.
Detail orientation, highly organized working style and initiative.
Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
Positive team‑working environment history.
