Schedule and Pay 1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM OR Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:15 PM; Friday OT hours required as needed

Job Summary The Custom Panel Door Specialist is responsible for receiving, fabricating, coordinating and monitoring specialty panel door orders throughout the production process.
Job Duties
Receives specialty panel door requests and monitors throughout production process.
Reviews special panel door requests i.e., louvered doors, interior doors and provides input on process, materials, time, etc.
Reviews job orders and prioritizes work.
Obtains materials and special orders materials as needed.
Reviews detailed panel door orders to determine processes needed and monitors as well as coordinates throughout production.
Sets up and operates a wide variety of tools throughout the pre-paint departments, i.e. routers, shapers, tenoner, joiner, etc.
Works in conjunction with various departments such as Customer Service, Drafters, etc.
Follows safety procedures and maintains work area as well as equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
Maintains a working knowledge of multiple cabinet lines, a variety of door specifications, etc.
Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
