What You’ll Do:
Work as a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health.
Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Handle shared on‑call responsibilities.
Qualifications:
NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
Experienced provider or motivated new graduate.
Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Self‑motivated with a patient‑first approach.
