team as a Hospice Registered Nurse, providing skilled nursing care to clients of all ages in their homes. This full‑time position follows a 7 on / 7 off schedule with on‑call responsibilities and offers a generous sign‑on bonus.
Compensation & Schedule Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000
Schedule:
Mon‑Thurs 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Fri 5 p.m. – 12 a.m.; Sat‑Sun 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Full Time (7 On 7 Off)
Position Summary Primary functions include administering skilled nursing care, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, communicating with patients, families, and referrals, and managing care coordination responsibilities.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Current state RN license and driver’s license
Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide effective support to patients and families
Demonstrated skill in nursing practice and ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles
