$77,000–$90,000 base salary + monthly performance bonuses

Your Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Deliver interventions and track outcomes
Educate patients on home care and long‑term wellness
Supervise PTAs, aides, or students
Participate in clinic operations, community outreach, and provider events
What You’ll Bring
Graduate of an accredited PT program with active CO license (or eligibility)
Passion for outpatient rehab, including ortho, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, and fall‑risk
1+ year of outpatient experience preferred (but not required)
Pelvic health experience a plus — training available
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
