Pay range:
$81,000–$94,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Position Overview
Ideal for a Physical Therapist 1–5 years out of school.
Time, guidance, and autonomy needed to grow into a confident, well‑rounded clinician.
Emphasis on learning, outcomes, and patient experience.
Primarily adult and senior patient population.
Flexible start date.
Opportunities to expand responsibilities as skills grow.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence‑based care in orthopedics, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehab (pelvic health interest welcome but not required).
Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with teammates to support a positive clinic culture.
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and skill development.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (or license‑eligible) in Maine.
Early‑career PT (1–5 years experience preferred) eager to learn.
Strong foundation in orthopedic PT and interest in balance/vestibular care (willing to certify in pelvic health is a plus).
Coachable, motivated, and patient‑centered.
Values teamwork and long‑term growth.
Newer graduates with strong clinical internships are welcome to apply.
