Job Summary Job Title : Administrative Assistants

Location : Salt Lake City, UT (Campus)

Pay Rate Range : $12.62 to $28.96 per hour.

This role is patient‑sensitive and requires full vaccination compliance or an approved exemption prior to the first day of work. The Associate will perform a variety of administrative support duties for a department or group, ensuring office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining files, compiling reports, managing information security, coordinating meeting calendars, arranging travel, tracking expenses, ordering supplies, and scheduling maintenance repairs. The position requires knowledge of department policies and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters.

Responsibilities Perform a variety of administrative support duties for an individual, group, or department to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Create and maintain files, compile reports, manage, store, and disseminate information, ensuring security and compliance. Assist in planning department activities, manage meeting calendars, and make travel arrangements. Track expenses, monitor and order supplies, and schedule maintenance repairs. Remain knowledgeable of group/department policies and make sensitive contacts as needed. May work for one or several department professionals, division heads, officers, or managers. Completes assignments with minimal supervision and may assist less‑experienced team members.

Requirements : 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT – 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (e.g., a bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Preferably a Skilled Level position with at least 3+ years of experience (Administrative Assistants, III).
