A specialised, boutique ServiceNow Partner with offices in Hannover and Frankfurt is searching for a ServiceNow Consultant to join the team. With emphasis on long‑term customer relationships, their mission is to deliver high‑quality, tailored ServiceNow implementations for mid‑market and enterprise clients.
The role:
Play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM)
Conduct workshops and demos with customers
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them within ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Developers to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide guidance on platform best practices, staying up‑to‑date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features
Your profile:
2+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow
Strong understanding of ITSM processes, any additional module experience is a plus
Some consulting experience
Any ServiceNow certs are a plus
Fluent German and English
