Position Overview
ServiceNow Developer – Hybrid contract in Marysville, OH. Full-time W2 only, multi-year contract with no end date.
Daily Tasks
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to support global rollout activities.
Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
Support the deployment of ServiceNow across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Position Success Criteria (Desired)
3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with ITSM modules; additional experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or NowAssist is a plus.
Background supporting enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations or multi‑region deployments.
Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred (CAD, CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑ITOM, etc.).
