Responsibilities

Process, package and ship orders accurately

Organize stocks and maintain inventory

Inspect products for defects and damages

Examine incoming and outgoing shipments

Organize warehouse space

Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately

Check, verify and fill customer invoices

Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

Material handling, forklift and truck/trailer operation

Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment

Warehouse Associate Secondary Responsibilities

Assisting with product installs at customer job sites

Assembly and light fabrication (optional)

Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts (if good driving record)

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, etc.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a team

Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Positive attitude and good moral character

Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance
