Job Summary In this role, you will treat patients presenting at a clinic and lead day-to-day operations. You will coordinate the development and implementation of site medical plans, protocols, facility requirements, emergency procedures, audits, inspections, quality assurance, and other medical practice management tasks. Your work will promote health, safety, and wellness for on-site employees.

"This position is designated as part‑time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in‑person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in‑person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership."

Major Responsibilities

Coordinate with other functional groups and ESH to develop and implement the project’s Medical Services Program.

Support the mobilization, execution, start‑up, and turnover of site health services/facilities.

Support the establishment of site clinics in conjunction with the Bechtel medical requirements and the subcontract.

Evaluate contractor risk assessments pertaining to medical services.

Oversee and assist with the coordination of the medical emergency response in line with project requirements.

Oversee the designated contractor to ensure the delivery of medical services aligns with the defined scope of work, maintains quality assurance standards, and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Support case management of work‑related injuries and illnesses with relevant stakeholders as required.

Support incident investigations as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in nursing from an accredited university or college and 5 or more years of relevant experience in occupational health and emergency nursing, and a valid license for the location assigned.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Clinic management in an occupational health setting

Minimum 2 years’ experience in subcontract management and oversight.

Developing and implementing well‑being programs and mental health programs

Knowledge of the in‑country workers compensation process

Conducting clinical and quality assessments on health services

Knowledge of Occupational Health Standards and Regulations

Experience in supporting the implementation of mental health programs.
